1. They Don’t Rush Blindly In
One of the best and most important assets of a productive and useful team is that each and every member takes time to think clearly about what they’re doing before rushing blindly into a new situation or task. They react, think, and then take proactive actions, all while planning ahead and considering what the best course of action might be. 2. They Don’t Argue Over Responsibilities
